Daily Grand Number Frequency: Main and Grand Numbers
Live counts of every Daily Grand main number and Grand Number in our saved archive, next to the range that chance alone gives. The draws are random; counts do not predict the next draw.
From Oct 20, 2016 to Oct 29, 2026, main numbers only; the Grand Number is counted on its own below.
Our copy has no draw after Oct 29, 2026: newer results did not reach this site. Check the official page.

Grand Number: a second drum
The Grand Number comes from its own drum, one number per draw, so its counts are a separate test.

- band of chance (95%): 128 to 172 times
- expected: 149.6 times
- outside the band
Numbers outside the band: 1 of 7; with fair draws about 0.3 of 7 fall outside it by chance alone.
Chi-square test: 12.5 with 6 degrees of freedom, p = 0.05: well within what chance alone gives.

|---|---|---|
| 5 | 21 draws | 3.9% |
| 7 | 9 draws | 25.0% |

| Expected outside, fair draws | 2.3 | Some numbers land outside by chance alone |
| Chi-square p-value | 0.66 | Chance fair draws spread at least this much |

Band, test and p-value in plain words
- Band of chance
- The range where one number's count lands in most archives of fair, random draws. A few numbers outside it is normal.
- Chi-square test
- One check of all counts together: how far they sit from the even share that fair draws give on average.
- p-value
- The chance that fair draws spread the counts at least this much. A small value is a reason to look closer, not proof of an unfair drum.
- Hot and cold numbers
- Numbers with the highest or lowest counts so far. The labels describe the past only.
The Grand Number has its own drum
| Grand Number drum | Value | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Numbers in the drum | 7 | A separate drum from the main numbers |
| Drawn per draw | One number | So it gets its own counts and test |
| Band of chance per number | 128 to 172 | Where one Grand Number's count usually lands |
| Numbers outside the band | 1 | Counted over the same saved draws |
| Chi-square p-value | 0.05 | Chance fair draws spread at least this much |
Fair drums also give small p-values in some tests. One small value is a reason to keep checking, not proof of a problem.
What the counts show and do not show
The counts show
- How often each number came up in our saved draws
- Whether the spread fits the band of chance
- Which numbers have been away the longest
- How rare such a wait is with fair draws
The counts do not show
- Which numbers come in the next draw
- That a hot number is more likely
- That a cold number is due
- Official results – check the official winning list

Questions
What are the most common Daily Grand numbers?
The tool above lists live counts for every main number and Grand Number. The leaders change after draws, and the counts move inside the band chance alone gives, so a high count is not a tip.
Is the Daily Grand Grand Number drawn fairly?
The game conditions say the Grand Number is drawn at random from its own drum. Our test compares its counts with the band of chance; the current p-value is in the table above. A small value alone does not prove a problem.
Do hot Daily Grand numbers come up more often?
No. Each draw is independent. A given main number has a 10.2% chance of being in the next draw, whatever its past count.
Are the Daily Grand results on this page official?
No. Our copy is unofficial. Loto-Québec states that results on its portal are not official and that its official winning list prevails, so check any ticket against the official winning list of the lottery that sold it.
