How the source words the age rule
It is the policy of WCLC that persons under the age of 18 years be refused the purchase or encashment of lottery tickets.WCLC – About WCLC checked Oct 29, 2026
13 games with saved rules are sold here, 13 of them shown, sorted by top prize odds.
Return per $1 counts fixed prizes only, a free play as one more play and a shared fixed prize at face value. Jackpots and pool prizes depend on sales, so games that pay mostly through them rank low on this measure. Keno, Pick and Cash Pop show their best option. National games use the rules in force on Apr 14, 2026.
